I am supposing you are referring to your RWS account.

For that, you can go to trados.com or rws.com.

In there click on the login button like in the image below

After which, you need to select the RWS account option 

And last, but not least, when you are prompted with the login screen, click on the option below that says "Forgot your password", write the email address associated with your account and you should be receiving an email where you'll be prompted to change your password.
