Just a nitpick, but "Insert image" should automatically detect the height and width of an image.
Right now you have to manually adjust the "dimensions" yourself:

We just got the time to take a look into this.
There is no option to take away the 320x240 default dimension. (as seen in the image you attached)
I agree that this is a bit annoying, but there is a very easy and useful way to keep the original image size.
If you click on insert/video/file and the delete the default dimension, just like in the image below, the system will now detect the original dimensions of the image.
