Trying to edit my profile upon multiple requests. Allegedly my info wasn't saved, unsure why? I'm now unable to add the rest of my demographics as the boxes are all greyed out?

The screenshot you provided is from RWS Workzone, which is a separate platform. The video is for RWS Community platform.
