RWS Workzone Error

I've been trying to join in the RWS Workzone, but it always shows me the error code 401- not verified, eventhough I already verified my Email account.

I tried everything, but it didn't went any better than before.

Is there anyway to solve this probelm? If you know how to solve this problem, please let me know how to do it.

    The problem that you're questioned as I had before, yes I've solved.

    This is how I solved the problem: I submitted the question on the carrers page to fix the problem, and then the talent manager contacted me to solve the problem after waited enough. The talent manager may ask you a few question to sort out what caused the problem. This is how I did it.
