Unable to create my Workzone profile because of Home screen error received after email verification

Hello! 

When I verified my RWS email, I received the message:

"Error: Your application has been sent for review, we will send you a notification of a new task via email once a decision has been made". 

I have since received an email saying "Your RWS Vendor account has been activated. Please remember to log in to RWS Workzone https://sdl.appiancloud.com/ to create your profile. Our teams will not be able to review your application until you have created your profile."

Can you please let me know what this means and if there is something that I can do?
