I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recurring issue with the RaterHub system. Once again, I encountered technical difficulties that impacted my test results. Despite answering more questions than the 30+7+7 indicated in the instructions, the system sent the final email before the timer had even run out. This time, I still had 4 unanswered questions left.
This is the second time this has happened, and I can’t help but feel discouraged. I’ve put in the effort to prepare thoroughly, and yet it seems as though the system’s malfunctions are affecting my ability to properly complete the test. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when I believe I am well-prepared and capable.
