Hello everyone. I am having a problem with part 3 of the exam for onboarding Callisto Project and would like some help from you.

I've taken part 3 on the November 29th, 2024 and received an e-mail right away saying I had failed, but they would enroll me on a next attempt in no sooner than 10 days.
However, on December 4th, I received another message from them, where they said I'm offboarded because I had failed my second attempt.

I tried to argument, saying I haven't done a second attempt, and that I've tried part 3 just once. But they say their registers show it otherwise, so I believe there is a system error here.

So, I ask you to please help me with that matter, so that I can have my second attempt as any other candidate. I've been studying and dedicating a lot of time to the Project, this is very important to me.
