FAILURE TO LOG INTO MY TIPALTI SUPPLIER ACCOUNT

Hello guys.

Did anyone have issues logging into their Tipalti supplier accounts after they successfully created? How did you manage to get help? I've tried contacting Moravia support many times and I haven't gotten any response. Every time I try to log in the screen shows the following, 'You have reached the maximum number of attempts to verify code. Please contact Tipalti support for further assistance.' 

Should I be worried?
