URGENT: No Tipalti email received

Hi

I have never received any email to sign up to Tipalti in order to get paid for my work on project Diamond. I have emailed support multiple times via Zendesk but they have not replied for over 3 weeks. I am really frustrated now because I cannot work as I cannot take the risk of working many hours and not get paid. I have also emailed the payments team multiple times but no one just seems to reply.. I am not getting any support whatsoever and all I am trying to do is get my payment method sorted out. Can soneome please help? I need the invite link to set up a Tipalti  account so please send that to me or confirm to me what my payment method is if I have one already. I cannot see anything in my profile or account and never received an invite email to join Tipalti .

  • Ok, I followed all the instructions to no avail. I submitted a ticket, 202945489, and got two (?) responses from Tipalti Support as listed below:

    On 11/26/2025 I got the first response: 

    Reach out to the RWS team directly for info about your account.

    the RWS team manages its own vendor onboarding process through their dedicated portal, and all payments are submitted by them.

    On 12/01/2025 I got the second response (same ticket):

    Reach out to the ArticleOne team directly for any queries related to your registration and account setup.

    the ArticleOne team manages its own vendor onboarding process through their dedicated portal, and all payments are submitted by them (gosh, for some reason this sounds familiar).

    Special Note: I am easily confused and if that was the goal here then we should check this one off as successful Slight smile

    I have not been able to find any information on ArticleOne, if someone knows how I can reach them please let me know. Actually, I'm not entirely sure of the best way to contact the "RWS team" so if that could be added that would be just fine.
