URGENT: No Tipalti email received

Hi

I have never received any email to sign up to Tipalti in order to get paid for my work on project Diamond. I have emailed support multiple times via Zendesk but they have not replied for over 3 weeks. I am really frustrated now because I cannot work as I cannot take the risk of working many hours and not get paid. I have also emailed the payments team multiple times but no one just seems to reply.. I am not getting any support whatsoever and all I am trying to do is get my payment method sorted out. Can soneome please help? I need the invite link to set up a Tipalti  account so please send that to me or confirm to me what my payment method is if I have one already. I cannot see anything in my profile or account and never received an invite email to join Tipalti .

  • While I truely appreciate that you have (again) posted the steps for possibly resolving the issue at least in my case they did not work.

    From my experience you have two seperate issues:

    1. You have a flaw or leak in your process that causes this problem. These incidents will continue until this is fixed.

    2. Someone needs to own this issue and actually go out and force new emails be sent to the many Tipalti victims so they can finally get registered and get to working.

    Note: I've had this problem for something like 6 months (or is it longer?) and have not actually gotten a response from a person the entire time despite many emails and putting in support tickets, etc. To put it bluntly, your customer support sucks (sorry, but it does).
