Hello team,

 I am writing to kindly inquire about the payment status for my involvement in Project Diamond and Ruby.

As per earlier communication, we were informed that the invoice would be generated and shared by the first week of October. However, there was a slight delay, and the invoice was eventually shared with us on October 14th. Since then, I have been awaiting the processing of the payment.

While I understand that the standard payment timeline is 14 days for private individual , I noticed that some of my colleagues in the same locale have already received their first invoice payments at the beginning of this week (around October 20th). Unfortunately, I have not yet received my payment.

I have also raised a ticket regarding this matter but have not yet received a response. I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this and provide an update on the status of my payment.
