I’ve already completed the payment-issue form several times, yet I’m still missing confirmation or resolution for the hours I worked. I logged over 60 hours between Sept 27 and Oct 18 on the Diamond – MultiMango project, and I’ve only received a single work order for Sept 26. No additional work orders or payments have been issued for the remaining weeks, even though your October 7 email stated the project had moved to weekly payments. At this point, it has been well over two weeks since the first unpaid period (Sept 27 – Oct 3) ended. After sending a ZENDESK ticket I am being sent back to the payment form that doesn't help me with this matter.
