Overdelayed of the project Diamond and Ruby and possible remedies to fix them

I would like to share my personal experience as a data annotator with RWS. After being registered on the platform for nearly two years, I was finally assigned to the Diamond and Ruby project, which I joined on September 16th and concluded on October 2nd. The project manager informed us that invoices would be shared within a week after the project ended. However, the invoices were delayed and only shared on October 14th. Another communication stated that payments would be disbursed within 15 days of invoice receipt. I waited until October 29th, but the payment was again delayed.

On November 6th, I received a payment notification indicating that the payment had been submitted on November 7th. Unfortunately, the payment was rejected because my PayPal account was not validated or active. I immediately updated my payment details to ensure my PayPal account was valid and received confirmation from the Tipalti platform that the account was active. I kindly request that the payment be reinitiated.

As an experienced data annotator/analyst with over five years of experience across various platforms, I have never encountered such issues before. I believe the following areas need improvement in the process:

1. Lack of Responsiveness: I have raised seven tickets via Zendesk and sent multiple emails to the payments team and the project manager but have not received any response. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional.
2. Inconsistent Updates: An agent named Lawrence is currently handling my ticket and has assured me that the payment would be initiated "any time now." However, I am still awaiting payment.
3. Inequitable Payments: While others from different locales have received their payments, mine remains unresolved.
4. Onboarding Clarity: Clear and concise guidelines regarding payment details should be communicated during onboarding to prevent such issues.
5. Streamlined Payment Process: The 15-day waiting period for payment should be eliminated for individual contributors, and payment details (e.g., bank/PayPal) should be validated during onboarding.
6. Process Improvement: If given the opportunity, I would be happy to contribute ideas as an FTR (Full-Time Resource) to resolve these issues permanently and ensure a smoother process.

I kindly request the intervention from the organizational.hierchy to ensure my payment is processed at the earliest. I am exhausted from repeatedly raising tickets and escalating the matter on social media platforms. Additionally, I urge you to advise Lawrence and the support team to provide accurate and timely updates, as false assurances only harm the organization's reputation.
