Freelancer – Workplace activation email not received for 7+ days (NavID D376951)

Hi everyone,

I’m a freelancer recently onboarded for an RWS TrainAI project (MAI – i18n Search Intent Transcription, JET).

My issue is that I still haven’t received my Workplace activation email, even though:
- I received the project kick-off email on 10 November,
- I tried to log in to Workplace the same day,
- I opened a Zendesk ticket on 10 November (Ticket #132146),
- I sent several follow-ups, including an urgent ticket (#136017),
- I also emailed the project contacts (LATTE_PROD and coordinator) about this.

It has now been 7+ days and I still cannot access Workplace or SRT, so I am unable to start working on the project although my VPN and onboarding are completed.

Could someone from RWS / TrainAI please help escalate this issue or advise what else I should do? I just need the Workplace activation email to be sent or my account to be reset.
