As of yesterday, 11/22/25 I have been unable to log my hours. The diamond time entry form says it's no longer available. Does anyone know what I can do to log my hours so I can get paid for the time I worked yesterday? I have submiited to zendesk as well. The form in question states "Diamond Annotator Time Entry The form Diamond Annotator Time Entry is no longer accepting responses. Try contacting the owner of the form if you think this is a mistake."

I would suggest screenshotting deprecated forms and logging your own hours for record-keeping purposes. I currently have a lot of tasks in my dashboard but no way to log hours worked so I have ceased work. RWS has been currently experiencing many complaints about not paying people for the work they've done. I'm currently still waiting to be paid for work I started 10/1. Technically, RWS is correct in that Freelancers such as myself are paid within 30 days, but I have since requested expedited payment more than several times with little to no suitable response. It's been about 2 weeks. Freelancers are offered expedited payment for a 2% fee. When I created my first invoice, they shorted me on hours, necessitating another work order and a delayed invoice payment date. Then, when I got the new work order, they correctly updated the hours but shorted me on the other hours that were correct. I didn't even report that for fear they'd update it incorrectly again, pushing the payment date back even further. So currently, I have ceased work, especially now that the time tracking form has disappeared. It's wild to the point of illegality to expect people to work with outstanding payments, and now expecting people to work without a way to record that they've actually worked.
