Request for Updated Time-Tracking Form Link (Diamond Project)

I’m trying to locate the new time-tracking form link for the Diamond Project, as both of the previous links no longer work. I need to log my work hours, and I’ve already completed five days of work without a functioning form to record them.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  • Attempted to open both old time-tracking form links, but they now return errors.

  • Created a Zendesk ticket to ask for the updated link.

However, I haven’t received any updates or responses yet. I’m using the current version of the project’s time-tracking process (no new version has been announced on our end).

Does anyone know the correct or updated link for the Diamond Project time-tracking form? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    I don't think there is a new time tracking form. When I go to Diamond FAQ form-Details and Documentation-Project Links and Documentation then click on Time Tracking form, it says that the  'The form Diamond Annotator Time Entry is no longer accepting responses'. I have screen-shotted that for record-keeping purposes. Then, if you click on Login Instructions also in Project Links and Documentation, then Onboarding Guide and Time Tracking and Payment Calendar on the left, it says the same thing. At the bottom of that form, it states:

    'New Time tracking form: here

    Payment shall be made on a monthly basis and will be calculated according to the hours recorded in Diamond Annotator Time Entry, cross-referenced with the hours registered on the platform.'

    Which of course doesn't make any sense since the form has been removed, and monthly payments don't apply to Private Individuals. I currently have a lot of tasks in my Multimango dashboard. I worked 8 hours several days ago despite RWS currently owing me 1422.00 for tasks worked since 10/1/2025, but when I went to the Diamond form it had disappeared. I was actually able to log it on the Time Tracking and Payment Calendar form before that disappeared too. Even though, RWS emails and form communication list conflicting information for how many hours maximum you can work per day. I received an email from them stating that I can work 8 hours per day but the time form saying that you can only work 6.

    I'm not sure what's going on with RWS, but I personally have ceased work due to outstanding payments owed and there being no way to track my hours, as well as conflicting and no communication and lack of transparency in their practices. While I have lots of work in my dashboard, which, to me, translates as Lots of Work but No Pay. Currently, there are a lot of complaints against RWS, accusing the company of scamming through data mining and not paying for work completed.
