As the title says really. Yesterday the account was fine and now suddenly it isn't, but there is no reason why not.

Same happened to me and I just received an email that I have been offboarded from multiple projects with no explanation. My feedback score in multimango was a 1.63 and on track to go up once I received more feedback. So I understand. All I've done is submit a help desk ticket and go from there.
