My first payment of BDT 259,205.66 was processed on 11/25/2025 (Nav ID: D344956) and has still not been received. It has been significantly past the standard processing time.

I have received the second payment, but this first one remains missing. My bank confirms they have no record of the funds.

My biggest concern: I am not receiving any replies to my emails from RWS payment or Project Department. I can't even get in touch with the team for an update.

If anyone from the Moravia Payments team or management sees this, please look into this transaction urgently. I need a clear status update or guidance immediately.
