I’ve been trying to get in touch regarding updating my payment method in Tipalti. I contacted Tipalti directly and was advised that only you are able to reset my 2FA on your side.
I have changed my phone number and no longer have access to my old number, so I’m unable to receive the confirmation code needed to log in. I have sent several emails, contacted Tipalti directly by phone, and raised multiple tickets via Zendesk, but I have not received any response.
Please can you reset my Tipalti 2FA or advise the quickest way to resolve this, so I can regain access and update my payment details.
I would really appreciate this being dealt with as a priority, as I’m keen to continue completing tasks.
