I accidentally deleted my Multimango account from the authenticator app on my phone, and as a result, I am unable to complete the two-factor authentication required to log in. This issue has completely locked me out of the platform.
I have submitted multiple support tickets through Zendesk regarding this matter; however, I have not received any resolution or meaningful response. It has now been close to three weeks since my initial request, and I am concerned as this has prevented me from resuming my work.
