If Support Isn't Assisting, Who Should I Ask?

Hi,

I am honestly exhausted of how sometimes support agents lack the passion to assist. I received a W.O that didn't include all my hours and raised a ticket to have the issue resolve but Lawrence just gave me a run around till to date. Can someone please tell me who to speak to since I am not satisfied with how my issue is being handle.

I received a W.O with missing hours and submitted a ticket for assistance just to be told the hours are not there of which I don't know how cause I did submit them even the hours I worked on the 12th of December 2025 are there but I wasn't paid for them either cause on the screenshot he sent there were excluded. I just need assistance on how to move forward with this issue as it's frustrating and annoying. This is now affecting my day-to-day life and currently I haven't done any work cause I'm stressed out of my hours that I did put in to not be paid for.
