Terrible Support

Is it possible for an agent to block me on trainai.zendesk because I requested someone other than him to answer my question?

    Thank you for replying and addressing this matter. Actually that what did happen, you can check my requests in Zendesk under those two emails: nadamuhammed151@yahoo.com nadamuhammad151@gmail.com 

    I'm sure I did no breaching of the guidelines (except if saying I'm not satisfied with the service and completely disappointed is considered one) The one handled my requests in both emails was called Justin (Elizabeth was just fine and I did want her to be the one handling my request as she helped me souch before), and when I asked for another agent I got blocked. I can totally provide you with screenshots but I'm not sure if I can get them now that I'm blocked. I think you can do a check if that's possible. 

    You can't imagine how frustrating that could be, I really do appreciate your help regarding this.
