How can we tell if we are using the most recent Diamond Annotator Time Entry sheet? The last one I have is from an email sent out on Dec 3, 2025. Has there been a new one issued since the maximum number of hours changed from 10 to 12/day? I've been entering hours in this form since Jan 13, 2026. Also, is RWS having payroll issues again? Has the issue from the Jan 7, 2026, email regarding payment issues been rectified? I thought RWS began weekly payments, but I haven't seen a work order yet for the hours I've completed since the 13th.

I can see many of the questions in this community hub have gone unanswered, so is this just a Train AI peanut gallery? I've sent emails to payrequest@rws.com and the Zendesk trainai ticket form last fall when my payments were late, but I did not receive any replies. I had finally received my payments 6 weeks late. I'd hoped payment issues were resolved, and the RWS Train AI had learnt to communicate with private individual freelancers about these urgent matters after the TrainAI CEO Vasagi Kothandapani, finally addressed the issue.
