EMAIL CHANGE REQUEST ON WORK ZONE

 I cannot access my old email since last week and I need to update a new email in workzone but I can't do it by myself since the area is greyed out. Kindly help, contacted support since last week no feedback and I also raised various tickets to no avail. I need the new email added to be able to create Tipalti account.
