Email change request

 I cannot access my old email since last week and I need to update a new email in workzone but I can't do it by myself since the area is greyed out. Kindly help, contacted support since last week no feedback.

    We recommend raters with this issue to submit an official support request in Zendesk where it will be processed by the appropriate team. 

    1. Create a Zendesk account

    • To access support, you need to create an account and always be signed in when submitting requests.

    ** Please use the same email address you used when you signed up to TrainAI by RWS. This will also be the email address you will use when submitting any future support requests. **

    2. Submit a support request

    • Fill in the support form – please provide all necessary details.

    • Once we receive your request, we will respond to you as soon as possible. 

    ** Please only submit one support request regarding your issue. Submitting multiple requests prolongs the overall resolution times. **
