Issue with Tipalti After Updating Name

I recently updated my name and personal information on Workzone and Tipalti and uploaded the required documents on both platforms, but it is yet to be updated on Tipalti.

I have contacted Tipalti and they said they need an approval email from RWS before they can apply the changes. 
I have emailed support and created a ticked on Zendesk but no replies.
I'll appreciate if you could look into this.
