Issue with Tipalti

Hello, 

I'm having some issues with my Tipalti account after updating my name and personal information.

I emailed Tipalti and they told me to contact RWS support team.

I have created a support ticket on Zendesk since last week and sent emails to the RWS support email addresses, but no replies.

Please I really need help to rectify this issue as it is affecting my payment.
