Verification code not received in personal email to set up 2FA for Multimango-Diamond project

Hello,

Multimango was working fine for me when the email ID was Meta.xxxx@rws.com, but after it changed to ds.xxxx@rws.com I am unable to login.

According to the Diamond project QA team, for Multimango, I don't need to update anything, as it would be done automatically by the internal. Now when I log in, I don't get the verification code in my personal email to set up 2FA. I was stuck for more than a week. For raising a ticket in Traini. Zendesk is also not possible for me, as here also the verification code does not get through to proceed further.

Please fix the issue so that resuming tasking is possible.
