I received an email after not being able to "sync" as I was told by a Zendesk reply that I am now offboarded. I don't think it is very professional that we are not even able to speak with anyone about the decision and or why it was made. I am really disappointed. I had to back off from working as often in the past 3 weeks as I had family business arise that I had to take care of and some included traveling. I really wish we could speak to a human about the reasoning behind the offboarding because I still had tasks.
