Urgent: Invoice Not Received (13–27 March) – No Response for 15 Days

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to bring to your attention that I have still not received my payment invoice for the period from 13th to 27th March. It has now been over 15 days, and I have not received any update or response.

I have already sent multiple emails and raised support requests, but unfortunately, there has been no reply so far. I have also been regularly submitting my entries and completing all required tasks properly during the project, with no issues from my side.

This delay is quite concerning, especially as there has been no communication or information provided regarding my invoice or payment status.

I kindly request you to please look into this matter urgently and provide:

- The current status of my invoice

- The expected timeline for invoice generation and payment

- Confirmation if there is any issue from my side

I sincerely request your support in resolving this issue at the earliest. I would really appreciate a prompt response.
