The Trados cloud platform will be undergoing maintenance on Saturday, 9th May 2026 between 05:00 to 17:00 UTC. During this time, you will not be able to log in to the Trados platform.

Project Dubbing: I am Unable to access SRT Workplace - I get the message "You don't have permission to access this. Please talk to System administrator for more information"

I get task mails related to Project Dubbing (MR language), however when I try to access SRT Workplace to complete the tasks,  I get the message "You don't have  permission to access this. Please talk to System administrator for more information"

Steps:

1.I connect to the Moravia VPN successfully (vp.arro4.moravia.com/moravia)

2.I click on https://review.intern.facebook.com/ 

3.I enter my email id 'ds.d294240@rws.com

4.I get an Activate Account code in my email

There is also a Activate Account [work.workplace.com] button in the email

5a.If I click the Activate account button, I am asked to set a password

When I set password and click continue, I get the message "You don't have  permission to access this. Please talk to System administrator for more information"

5b.If I enter the code on the site (work.workplace.com), I get the message "Something went wrong. Please try again later"

I have tried several times after waiting but the same message is displayed

Please help me access the SRT Workplace, so that I can work on Project Dubbing tasks
