Payment discrepancy, inconsistency, support team threat me that I should stop demanding for my pay is that fair

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the handling of my unresolved payment discrepancy case related to Project Diamond (RWS/TrainAI).

Over the past several weeks, I have attempted in good faith to seek clarification regarding work completed in March that does not appear to have been reflected in the system. My concern was based on:

- Previous acknowledged inconsistencies involving my account

- Recent confirmed payment for a later period

- Repeated system and submission issues experienced during work

While I understand and respect company policies regarding recorded activity and compensation, I am concerned by the manner in which my escalation attempts have been handled.

Most recently, after continuing to seek clarification and review, I was informed that further requests regarding the matter could result in my account being permanently banned.

As a contributor attempting to resolve what I believe to be a legitimate discrepancy, I found this response discouraging and inconsistent with a fair escalation process.

I am not seeking conflict. Rather, I am respectfully requesting:

- A professional and independent review of how this case was handled

- Clarification regarding escalation rights for contributors

- Assurance that raising concerns in good faith will not negatively impact account standing
