Unable To Access Zendesk Support For Over Two Weeks...Urgent Help Needed

I am unable to access my Zendesk portal, I initially thought it was some kind of temporary issue but the issue has lingered for over two weeks.

When I try to log in it says "Couldn't sign you in Give it a moment and try again" but this has been happening for the past two weeks.

I have urgent issues I need help with.

I have not received my payments since March because of Tipalti issues.

I will greatly appreciate if these issue can be rectified as soon as possible.
