Hello RWS Talent Management Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I recently received an email confirming that my RWS Vendor account had been activated and instructing me to log in to RWS Workzone to complete my profile. However, whenever I click the activation/login link provided in the email, I receive the following message:
“Error 401 – Unauthorized
Sorry, your request could not be processed.”
Because of this issue, I am unable to access the platform and complete my profile setup.
I have already tried:
Opening the link on different browsers
Using incognito/private mode
Refreshing the page
Trying again on mobile data and Wi-Fi
Unfortunately, the issue still persists.
Could you please assist me in resolving this problem or provide a new activation link if necessary?
