Since we upgraded from Trados Studio 2019 to Trados Studio 2024, when we use our existing memories to translate a document, we hardly get any matches, although the matches do appear when we search in the memories as such. Also, when we add a terminology

Since we upgraded from Trados Studio 2019 to Trados Studio 2024, when we use our existing memories to translate a document, we hardly get any matches, although the matches do appear when we search in the memories as such. 
Also, when we add a terminology database,  we do not get any results in the search terms tab.
