RWS Certification Bundle purchased but not activated

Dear team,

I have recently purchased the RWS Certification Bundle - Trados Studio 2022 - Level 1,Level 2 and Level 3.

I can see my purchase in my order history, however, the material and exams have not been activated. 

Could you please help me access them?

    Thank you for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble locating your certification bundle..

    It appears you have two accounts on OOS, each with a different email address. Your certification exams have been delivered to your second account (not the Gmail one, but the other one). Could you please check if you can see them when you log in with your other account? If you'd like to transfer the exams to your Gmail account, just let me know.
