Unable to Start Trados Studio 2022 Certification 1-3 Level Exam – Internal Server Error (500)

Hi,

I've tried several times starting the exams for Certification Trados Studio 1-3 Level, but cannot due to Internal Server Error (500). How could I solve this problem? Please, I need help urgently.
