New vendor subscription: What now?

Hi all,

I've finished setting up my SDL account as a new vendor. I received a 'confirm your email' email; I answered all the questions - language pairings, specialities, other...
Now I have a big, white screen that reads:

"Welcome to SDL - Let's get you registered with SDL! - Click Create Profile to complete your registration details." [Hint: no Create Profile button?!?]

There's also [my] "primary point of contact" ( #brunachirigoni in case you're out there listening :) but no 'contact' button, just a greyed-out question mark.
I'm at a bit of a dead end, so any suggestions about what to do next will be gratefully received.
