Why do we have a place for "chatter"?

Once you (a University or other place for higher learning) have become an Academic Partner, or if you (a student) attend a University that is an Academic Partner you will have access to the forums in the Professors and Student groups.  But if you have some questions about what we do before any of that we wanted to make sure you had somewhere to ask in addition to the contact forms on our website.

So feel free to ask anything.  If you're in the wrong place we'll make sure your post goes to the right place, and if your questions are intended for our academic programme we'll answer them here!

  • Because sometimes it's nice to chat :-). I love how language and translation permeates our world. A trend I'm enjoying at the moment is that music radio, at least here in the UK, is playing more songs from diverse cultures and in different languages which didn't used to happen much before. I can't understand the exact meaning but the sentiment 'translates' somehow. Just a thought for a Friday morning. Happy weekend all.
