Trados 2024 and Windows Server 2019 not accessing the cloud

Some of my students can't seem to access the trados cloud while using trados 2024 (using Apple Remote Desktop and Windows Server 2019). Other seems to access it just fine on the same configured server.
The error message is "Trados Studio cannot access the cloud platform. Check the firewall and time settings on your computer then try again."
Thoughts?

I was also wondering if 2024 supports Windows Server 2022 now. (Trados 2022 did not.) If so, we could upgrade it and see if that fixes things.
