That's a great question, and I think for any translator you have to be on the ball with professional development and constantly upskilling. But in order to start in Linguistic Validation get into medical translation. If that's an area that interests you it's by far the fastest way to get into this field. There are different translation organizations that you can join and then liaise with folks that are in this field, but specialization is critical for getting into this field.
