From Stella Hodkin:
Yes! We have different levels and different profiles. So we have translators and reviewers but also people carrying out post-editing of machine translation. We have specific checks because we need to guarantee the quality to our partners. So volunteer translation doesn't mean anything less than good quality. We need to be sure that the information we are providing is accurate and is timely, particularly when dealing within crisis context. So the challenge is around time and quality, we have to address these challenges in the same way Language Service Providers have to, so we have a number of quality processes and systems in place so that we can guarantee the quality to our partners who rely on us."
