Taking breaks at work?

From Sorrel Reid:

I often use the pomodoro method (work for 25 mins, break for 5 mins, then repeat) to stay focused and productive for longer. Is it realistic to use this while working in-house/for an agency, or will employers be opposed to ‘micro breaks’ during working hours?

  • As per my opinian In many workplaces, taking short, regular breaks is seen as conducive to maintaining focus and avoiding burnout. Communicating with your employer about your productivity methods and explaining how the Pomodoro technique helps you manage your workload effectivly could be beneficial. It is also worth considering whether there is flexibility in your work environment to accommodate brief breaks without compromising productivity or deadlines.

It depends on the culture and policies of your particular workplace, so it may be helpful to gauge your employe perspective on this matter and find a solution that works for both partis.

Hope the above will be helpful.
