well, actually in the standalone edition of Trados Live only be forwarding the file through 'conventional' means. i.e. email, etc. The Team Edition contains a workflow module - There you can assign translation/review work from the Web browser to other users. But the standalone (or Essential) edition does not have a workflow feature. Here, you can only download the file and forward it e.g. as an email attachment

Accepting/rejecting is not really necessary, as you are the only one, so you will just be accepting your own tasks. This is click might seem unnecessary, but the buttons are there. Because you might also receive in your inbox tasks from other customers which you then need to accept/reject But it would be a nice enhancement request not to have to click Accept for your own jobs, of course
