All good advice, but an important point to make is that in Trados Live Team you can add a user to your setup and they will have access to any work you give them by drawing a licence for Trados Studio, or by working in the cloud via a browser, until you remove them as a user. So a lot of flexibility here compared to the older traditional ways of working.
