How can I deal with text in images?

Hi Ulla, 
 You can try using the PDF plugin from the appstore, but typically image translation is probably better being handled separately with a DTP tool so the images are recreated.

 To do it you would have to convert your Word file to PDF first just to be able to OCR the images so it would be a bit of a faff!
