What is really important is to be visible and be out there. Clients will be looking for you. At RWS we are on the lookout for freelancers. It works both ways, but you need to make sure that you are going to be found. You can also approach us, we do have a portal where we welcome applications. We would usually require some relevant experience.
So be visible, especially on social media like LinkedIn.
