Can Doctors with good English work on Life Science translation projects?

There may be dependencies, but this could be worth considering and would be a very valuable option for RWS. Healthcare professionals have valuable experience that our translators might not have had the opportunity to accumulate yet. So we certainly do like to connect with Doctor's, Nurses and healthcare professionals whose first profession is not translating, but they do have the experience and willingness to learn the systems and adapt to our processes. This is a good opportunity for both sides, for the translator and for ourselves. It might depend on the language pair, the country they are from, but these type of scenarios are always considered and we do have examples of this that end up ina very strong collaboration because the healthcare professions sometimes bring in really valuable experience in specific methods.
