I noted that the plugin you downloaded in the pesentation came via a download link from the University of Helsinki. Were you using a version that is different to the one provided on the appstore?
One of the reasons for asking is that the one on the appstore is for 2021 and there isn't a 2022 version yet. Since all the Universities on the academic programme are going to be using Trados Studio 2022 this will obviously be a problem. Perhaps Tommi Nieminen can provide an update when the plugin is available for 2022 as I do know there is an intention to upgrade this version as soon as he finds time?
