For me it's people!  It's making sure you met the expectations of the client ad that for me is the most challenging.  Why?  It's because sometimes the client doesn't know what they need, so we need to be able to communicate with them and find out what they need, and this isn't necessarily what they want, and how can we make this work?  It's that challenge of getting the communication right, making sure that the scope is clearly defined and that we know what's expected, and that what we deliver is what the client needs.  But it's also the most rewarding part!
